•You may create custom scrapbook layouts, quickpages, blog designs, headers, etc. (Please see enclosed TOU for any posers used though). End results should be in flattened forms, please.
•Please do not sell or give away papers, elements, brushes, alphas or any part of a digital kit, unless specified as commercial use (see TOU below).
•You may use my kits to create a website, but please credit my work. "~♥~Becky's Creations~♥~" and/or http://beckycreations.blogspot.com/ is greatly appreciated!
•You may create blinkies using my products (and I would love to showcase them on my blogs, as well)!
•If you make signature tags and stationery designs (such as incredimail email backgrounds), credits will be greatly appreciated (and I would love to showcase them on my blogs, as well)!

•You may not claim these graphics as your own.
•You may not redistribute, loan, share my kits/papers/elements in any way. You may sell your creation, but please do not sell the kits/papers/elements themselves. Please send anyone interested the link to the store(s) and/or my blog if they are interested in the products.
•You may not print out my kits/papers/elements and sell them in a store or online (including ebay). Selling my kits/papers/elements is prohibited.

~♥~Commercial Use Terms of Use~♥~

•I try to create all my papers and elements at 300 dpi.
•You can use my CU products by incorporating them in a digital kit (packaged along with other elements), keeping in mind that my elements should not be the primary designs (not more than 35%, please).
•You may alter these elements (recolor, add pattern, texture, etc), but please do not claim the original form as your own.
•Please do not resell, repackage, and/or redistribute these files in their original format.
•You are not allowed to create template and commercial products with these products, unless specified as CU4CU.
•Credits are not required, but are definitely appreciated.
•FREEBIES are allowed: Freebies are allowed as long as my elements are MODIFIED, not simply recolored. The end result must be different than the original item.
