I Need Some Advice

Hi there All Ok Lets try this once again. I need your alls advice I am thinking on starting up again but this time I will be doing it for Charity, I have Chosen to do it for the MDA Foundation (Jerrys Kids) We give to them every year but I would like to do something more and actually try and help by Selling Scraps for Donation Money In hopes that they May Find a Cure soon. But My question I guess is how would I go about this at this point all I know is that I am going to give 85% of all proceeds to the MDA Foundation I asked my husband but he could not advise me I am hoping maybe some of you can Help with Ideas?

Well I dont remember when I asked that question but I never did do anything with it
I have had a rough winter with depression and all and did not do much, I am comming
back but making a slow progress. I fianlly Started making tags again if I do Scraps I
I make them for myself and no one else and I have not done any of that in a very
long time to be honest I just dont think I am good enough to be a scrapper I know
codes that is my area and tagging I am not sure if I will ever make scraps again unless
it is for the occasional Blog train I will still be here off and on. Thanks Anyway Suzi

I like to play around with code as well. I'm not familiar with pearl. Hey, Lilone, don't be intimidated with scrapbooking! It may take you some time, but if you find a passion for it, just do it! I started learning about graphic design about maybe 2 years or so, and it was very slow going at first. I did VERY BASIC things with photoshop 6 and then started using gimp after that.

This is one of my first things done in gimp, lol! I joined a linux forum and was playing around with comments for a phpbb forum add on that has profiles kind of like myspace, lol. (Linux is a free and open source operating system)



Anyways, I started doing web development several years ago. I have recently discovered scrapbooking....

I would like to meet those who sell stuff at some point. Right now I feel like a compulsive lurker and freebies grabber, hence my tons of posts this weekend! I kind of feel somewhat alone in the oasis, but sure that I will likely meet folks eventually. I'd like to talk to others and find out if it would be worth my while to create items to sell. The economy in Michigan is horrible right now. Our web development customers have not been paying us on time, or at all sometimes and it has hit us pretty hard. One thing that I can say is that the scrapbooking thing is a wonderful obsession, err... hobby, lol! It has helped me keep my head up during these recent times of financial drought.
