Some of my items are "As Is" (NO altering) and some can be altered to your color or size. The TOU in the file will instruct you on whether or not you may alter the images as well as the name of the item.

**You must allows give credit to my work**- see below for uses......

All BLOG OWNERS must give credit to the use of this item if using them for the background or graphic header on your blog.

Example of credit- (Name of Item, http://simplyoriginalscrapsonlineshoppe.blogspot.com) must be placed on your header or footer of your blog for blog use. If you use my items, a link to my blog with the blinkie found in your download file would be appreciated.
