Liv Luvs Scraps - Terms of Use for Commercial Use items

By downloading any of my supplies, you agree with the terms of use that follow:

1. You may use these commercial use items for your tagger size and/or full size scrap kits,
either for free or for profit.

2. DO NOT distribute these items as is - they have to be colourised and/or modified
before redistribution.

3. DO NOT claim any of my supplies as your own. If I find you doing so,
I will take appropriate action.
Also, if you notice anyone doing so, please contact me about it, so I
can deal with it immediately.

4. DO NOT share my supplies with anyone. This includes (but is not
limited to) sending them in an email, uploading them to websites
(including Myspace, Facebook, blogs, forums etc) and copying them
onto a CD to be given away or sold. The only way you can use these is
in your scrap kits.

5. You may use my supplies for sig tag tutorials, but please do not
include them in your supplies to download. Instead, please send
people to my blog: http://livluvsscraps.blogspot.com
If you do use anything of mine in a tutorial, please email me and
let me know - I'd love to show it on my blog!

6. You may use my supplies for Incredimail or IM stats, sig tags,
web graphics, Myspace layouts, Blogger layouts etc. A credit link
back to my blog is required when sharing the items you have created
with my supplies.

7. When using these CU supplies, please credit Liv Luvs Scraps in your TOU or read me file.

8. DO NOT use these items to make other commercial use items.

9. Do NOT hotlink.

10. Do NOT use any of my supplies to create obscene, defamatory,
or immoral works. Nor is it permitted to use these supplies for any
other
purpose which is prohibited by law.

Livia Scarcella (of Liv Luvs Scraps) shall not be held liable for
any damages resulting from the use of these items.
