You can use this program to view and also convert them into PSP compatible brushes .ABR brushes .

.ABR Brush Viewer/Converter

An utility for previewing and exporting as images one or multiple set of brushes generated with Adobe Photoshop (.abr files).
It makes publishing your custom brush sets on the internet really easy.
